Your Responsibilities
- Advise banks and insurers on optimising and developing their finance and accounting processes
- Analyse business requirements and prepare solution and functional concepts
- Develop implementation-focused concepts for internal, commercial-law and regulatory requirements
- Communicate with business and IT stakeholders on the client side and with internal project teams
- Contribute to the development of our consulting portfolio and methods
Your Profile
- Successfully completed university degree
- At least three to five years of experience in finance, accounting or consulting
- Sound knowledge of accounting and financial reporting under the German Commercial Code (HGB) and/or IFRS
- Experience in finance or transformation projects
- Basic understanding of business processes and modern finance systems
- Excellent German and good English skills
Ideally, you also bring:
- Experience in the banking or insurance industry
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FI or comparable ERP systems
- Experience analysing, designing and optimising business processes
- Experience in project delivery or consulting
