Projects are structured, managed and delivered differently today than they were five or ten years ago. Concepts and implementation can now be developed faster, with greater focus and strong practical relevance. Through the smart use of AI, prototypes can now be developed within a few weeks or even days rather than the months previously required.
In the past, it was common to go live at around 80% completion and address the remaining work in follow-up projects over the subsequent months. Today, we can achieve around 50% within a very short time and focus more precisely on the remaining, usually highly complex and individual challenges. One thing is certain: Every architecture is different, regardless of how much standard software it uses.

Cord Bötger brings over 20 years of experience in banking, technology and SAP — from roles at NORD/LB and SAP in New York, Edmonton and Tel Aviv to serving as Managing Director of ADWEKO, where he was part of the team behind the company’s sale to a private equity investor. Through it all, he has remained a consultant at heart. He has worked on finance transformation programmes at more than 25 banks, in roles ranging from solution architect and lead partner to hands-on project manager. It is this blend of entrepreneurship and delivery experience that COBIQ is built on.
